All items come packaged in beautiful custom faux purple suede boxes with our logo imprinted inside. A blank gift card can be included if requested. If you are sending jewelry as a gift, please indicate what you would like the gift card to say. We ship via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. Rates depend on the insurance amount and are generally $15.00 – $20.00 for one item shipped to the continental USA.

I want you to love your new jewelry and feel confident in purchasing from me.  Refunds or exchanges are accepted for 30 days from date of shipment or purchase. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn and include all original packaging.  We warrantee all items for a period of 1 year from date of sale for defects. Jewelry is inherently fragile and although I have used the best materials and techniques available, damage can occur with rough handling. Damage caused by rough handling is not covered, but I will work with you to try to return your piece to it’s original condition at a reasonable cost. Please contact us for a return authorization code, so that we may expedite your refund or exchange.
